Responsibilities
· Operate and drive a CDL A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to transport goods.
· Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
· Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to scheduled routes.
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
· Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
· Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various conditions.
